I just wanted to send through an email regarding some of your employees. We were tenants of RE/MAX before our move back to Brisbane. Our property manager Michael was so great to deal with. Any issues we had he addressed immediately and had resolved quickly. He is always so friendly and approachable which is very rare in customer service. We recently had to break our lease due to my husband getting a new job back in Brisbane. Michael was extremely prompt in his organisation of inspections and acquiring a new tenant for the property, which of course was in both the owners and our best interests. Also your employees Holly, Stacey and Lea were always so friendly and accommodating on every encounter. Lea conducted all our house inspections, she is always extremely professional and protected our privacy while showing prospective tenants the property. Holly and Stacey always have smiles on their faces and are so pleasant whenever they answer the phone. I have and I’m sure you have had to wait on a professional person of some manner and to not receive a call to say how long they will be can be very irritating. Above what we expected

I first met Shane when I sold my house in Wilga Street in Gladstone and at the time it was in a dying market and within a very short period of time we had a buyer for the house which sold at a price above what we expected at the time. The professionalism was second to none and both Leanne and I were blown away by the constant feedback and updates of how the sale was going. Due to the great service that we received on the first house that we sold thorough Remax the decision to use Remax again was a very easy one to make for the sale of Johnson Street. Once again Shane did not let us down with the house selling for what we expected and without having to hold any open houses which made it very easy, especially when we had tenants in the house which can be a pain to organise. This was again an impressive achievement as we sold on a very flat to weakening market and had an offer in our hands after only weeks. Shane kept us updated every week on the movements of prospective buyers and due to us living in the Northern Territory we had visions of one of us having to come down to Gladstone to sort out the sale of the house.
